To understand me as a Wedding Photographer, these are a few of my favourite images I took at last years Weddings in a video format…I hope you like them!

Hi…I’m Tim

It is such a privilege to be asked to record a Wedding and to be part of such a wonderful occasion, I am there to capture your day…to be told in a story of images…including the parts the couple don’t see!

I was given my first camera at 4 years old. Whilst I have always loved creating it wasn’t until I studied Photography that I moved seriously into people Photography - that lit a spark which led to me leaving my career in Industry to do something I truly love! Although I have Photographed weddings for many years, I was asked by more and more clients if I would shoot their Wedding as we had such a good rapport.

We have all been to Weddings where a loud bossy Photographer takes over the day, demands lots of the couples time and seems to dominate the day…well I hate that and it has certainly shaped the way I work!

As a Peterborough based Wedding photographer I mostly cover weddings in Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire & London but I travel all over the UK & abroad when given the chance!

Why book me?

Photographing a Wedding is a privilege and I get to do what I love most - photographing people. Weddings mean emotion…laughs, love, smiles, tears and a fabulous opportunity to take lots of great images to record such a special day…& if you look I will sometimes have a tear in my eye too!

I try not to intrude too much, preferring to stay in the background for most of the time to capture those spontaneous magical moments and will do everything I can to make you feel at ease. I now use the latest Sony Cameras which can shoot in silent mode which avoids those distracting shutter clicks!

If time and budget allow, a pre-wedding shoot is always a good idea and it gives us a chance to meet and discuss your plans too! 

On your big day I will take group shots as requested and some relaxed photos of you as a couple then the rest will be natural and unposed which are always the favourites and you get to enjoy more of your day.

I normally present images with natural colour tones plus selected additional copies in black and white. If you like heavily styled editing with 'filters' let's discuss options available.

Photography is a massive part of any wedding day. Capturing the happiness and memories of our wedding day through photographs is so special, and Tim did the best job we could have asked for. He perfectly captured a story of our day with photographs we will cherish forever. Tim was very accommodating to our needs.
