How to secure your date

So, you’ve had Look at my work and you’re ready to talk about securing your date. Amazing! Here is how to get the ball rolling and secure your wedding photography date with me

Step 1 : fill in the contact form

It all starts with a quick hello, head over to my Contact Page (here) and fill in the form. Let me know your wedding date, venue, and a little about you both and the day you're planning.

 Don’t worry about having all the details figured out - this just gives me enough info to check availability and hold your date while we chat.

 Step 2: I’ll Hold the Date For You

Once you send the form, I’ll pencil in your wedding date straight away so no one else can book it while we’re in touch. That gives us time to chat, go over the details, and make sure we’re the right fit for each other - without the pressure of someone else swooping in.

Step 3: Let’s Chat & I’ll Send Over a Quote

I’ll get back to you quickly to arrange a little chat (email, phone, Zoom, whatever suits you). We’ll talk through what kind of coverage you're after, any specific ideas you have, and I’ll send over a tailored quote based on your plans.

No hard sell. No pressure. Just a friendly convo to see if we're a match.

Step 4: Make it Official

Once you're happy and ready to go ahead, I’ll send you a contract and a booking invoice. As soon as that’s signed and the deposit is paid, the date is 100% yours - locked in, confirmed, and one less thing to worry about.
