Securing your date is easy! Here’s how it works:

1. Fill in the contact form - Head to my [Contact Page] and tell me your wedding date, venue, and a little about your plans. No need to have all the details sorted—just enough for me to check availability.

2. I’ll hold your date - Once you enquire, I’ll pencil in your date right away so no one else can book it while we chat. No pressure—just time to see if we’re the right fit.

3. Let’s chat & get a quote - We’ll have a quick chat (email, phone, or Zoom—whatever works for you) to talk through your day, ideas, and the coverage you’re after. Then I’ll send a tailored quote.

4. . Make it official - If you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send a contract and booking invoice. Once the deposit is paid and everything’s signed, your date is fully secured!

I usually arrive around 2.5 hours before the ceremony to capture the build-up, excitement, and behind-the-scenes moments. I’ll stay through the first dance and a little after to catch the fun on the dance floor. Every wedding is unique, so if you have something specific in mind, just let me know—I’m happy to tailor the coverage to suit your day.

Yes, I do—and it’s a great idea!

A pre-wedding shoot is a relaxed, informal photo session we do before your big day. We’ll aim to meet on a warm, sunny evening at a lovely outdoor location, chat through what you like (and don’t like) when it comes to photos, and try out a few simple ideas together—nothing too posed or awkward!

It’s the perfect chance to:

• Get comfortable in front of the camera

• Get to know how I work

• Capture some gorgeous, natural photos of the two of you

• Use the images for save-the-dates, invites, or just for fun!

After the shoot, you’ll receive your photos in a private online gallery to view, download, and share however you like.

For a full-day wedding, you can typically expect to receive between 700 and 900 images.

That includes everything from the getting ready moments, the ceremony and speeches, to the first dance and all the fun that happens after!

Every photo is:

• Individually edited

• Delivered in high resolution

• Free from watermarks or copyright restrictions

They’re all yours to download, print, share, and enjoy however you like—no hidden extras, no restrictions. Just all the best bits of your day, beautifully captured.

Group shots are important—but they can take up a lot of time if not planned well. So here’s how we keep things smooth and stress-free:

Before the day, we’ll chat about who you’d like in your formal photos and make a clear plan together.

I’ll ask you to nominate a loud, organised, slightly bossy friend or family member to help gather people on the day. Trust me—this one person makes a world of difference!

On the day, we’ll move through the list quickly and efficiently, keeping things relaxed and natural.

That way, you get the photos you want without spending ages away from your guests (or your glass of fizz!)
